The owner provides a chauffeur-driven car service (NCC) in Rome and Central Italy: airport transfers (Fiumicino, Ciampino), stations, Civitavecchia port, city transfers and private tours.
The service is subject to Italian rules on passenger transport with driver (including Article 85 of the Highway Code and applicable regional/municipal regulations) and to the operator’s licences.
Texts, trade marks, logos, photos and layout belong to Emme Luxury Transfers or are used under licence. Reproduction, even in part, is not allowed without written permission, except as permitted by copyright law for personal, non-commercial use.
Information (availability, vehicles, itineraries, travel times) is illustrative. Prices and conditions for a given ride are those confirmed in writing in a quote or booking.
Vehicle and location photos may be examples: the assigned car depends on availability and the booked category.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is always up to date. We are not liable for damage arising from:
Transport delays or interruptions due to force majeure (traffic, weather, strikes, accidents, road closures) are governed by the booking conditions.
A booking is confirmed only in writing (email, message or document). Online payments may be processed by PayPal; that provider’s terms then also apply.
Cancellations, waiting time, no-shows and extras are set out in the booking conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: changes with at least 24 hours’ notice; free cancellation within 24 hours; 50% after that; 100% for a no-show. Indicative free waiting: 20 minutes in the city, 60 minutes from landing for airport transfers.
The site may link to Facebook, Instagram, PayPal, Google and other services. Access to those platforms is governed by their own policies. Emme Luxury Transfers does not control third-party content published there.
