We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible, including keyboard and screen-reader users, browser zoom, and people with visual, hearing or motor needs. The same applies, as far as we can, to booking a transfer (forms, phone, WhatsApp, email).
Partially conformant. No independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit has been completed yet. The site uses a third-party visual theme (contrast, animations, sliders) and embeds content we do not fully control.
We improve it step by step. Measures already in place include:

These limits come from the template, third-party embeds and the fact that a full test is not finished. They are not a refusal of service: if something blocks you from booking, we will help by phone or email.
If you need travel-related assistance (folding wheelchair, extra space, airport help, simpler communication), say so when you book or write to us before departure. We will confirm whether the available vehicle is suitable. Not every car in the fleet is a dedicated wheelchair-accessible vehicle: we state this clearly to avoid surprises at the airport.
If you hit a barrier on the site or in the forms, email info@emmeluxurytransfers.com with the subject “Accessibility”, and include:
We normally reply within 30 days. You can also use the contact page or call +39 376 276 8979.
If our reply is not satisfactory, in Italy you may contact the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) under the procedures for digital services, and consumer-protection authorities where applicable.
