&M Luxury Transfert provides private chauffeur-driven transportation services (NCC) with licensed vehicles and professional drivers, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or designated online platforms.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message, email, or document.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (addresses, times, number of passengers, luggage quantities).
Any change must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the service incur no penalty.
Cancellations made after this period will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Rates are provided to the customer at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Additional costs (extra waiting time, route changes, unplanned stops) will be charged according to the rate schedule.
The driver will wait up to 20 minutes at no extra charge.
After 20 minutes, an additional hourly waiting fee will be applied.
For airport services, 60 minutes of free waiting time are included from the actual landing time.
Customers are responsible for their own luggage.
Oversized or special items must be communicated in advance.
&M Luxury Transfert is not responsible for items left in the vehicle but will assist in recovering lost items when possible.
Smoking or consuming alcohol onboard is prohibited.
Passengers must behave respectfully and in accordance with regulations.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged accordingly.
All passengers must wear seatbelts.
Children must travel with appropriate child safety systems, which must be requested at the time of booking.
&M Luxury Transfert is not responsible for delays due to force majeure (unpredictable traffic conditions, weather, demonstrations, accidents).
In case of a breakdown or inability to provide service, an alternative vehicle will be arranged when possible, or a full refund will be issued.
Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
&M Luxury Transfert reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:
aggressive or dangerous behavior,
illegal requests,
conditions that may compromise driver or vehicle safety.
By booking the service, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
